Brad Thor continues to enthrall his readers in his next 3 books of his series starring Scot Harvath. Although each book is an adventure in itself, they build upon events and characters from previous tomes. Once you begin one book you will not be able to stop until you have finished the third one. Then onward to the next. (Collectors edition #3 is also available from Amazon at a reasonable price.) Not wanting to be a spoiler of the thrilling stories, I can only say that Thor's writing style is captivating; an easy read. His plot lines seem to be ripped from today's headline news. Scot Harvath is a secret service agent/CIA operative who you will quickly identify with. The other characters in Thor's stories are believable; and places that the different stories are placed at seem to come alive with the authors vivid descriptions. He has done his homework here. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.
Keep writing Brad. The books are great!
Everyone likes a little history of the area in which the story takes place, but not page after page, chapter after chapter. I have read nine of his books and this is the first disappointment" .
Ps - thank you for saving the puppy!
Surprise! You cannot get to page 2 on the next one before you know you won't be able to put it down. I have started over and reading all of them in order.
