I read the reviews on this, I took a chance, especially never tasting it and buying a gallon of it. It is good it grows on you the more you use it. It is thicker than other products on the market, which would make a great marinade.. the sodium is teaspoon , other products list by the tablespoon, but even so the sodium is lower. Also, being made from apple cider vinegar is a plus for gut health.. i’ve had this product three days and I’ve used it pretty much on everything as I was doing the amino acids in the same brand. Loving it so far. I put mine in a sauce container with a Spicket and a lid works perfectly for use. Also put it in my spray bottle to spray on my popped popcorn. Definitely recommend. This stuff is so good that I went through it in a month! I dumped it on everything. I was even guilty of sucking it out of the dispenser I put it in! Not good when you’re trying to watch your salt intake and sugar! But this is very addicting.

    I had no idea because I wasn’t paying attention, but this is a huge container! This is what I use as a substitute for soy sauce because soy sauce has wheat in it. This doesn’t taste exactly like soy sauce but it’s a great substitute and is very tasty. It’s a huge inconvenience not to be able to eat soy sauce and this solves the problem! Unless you’re buying for a restaurant or have other storage containers, I would recommend a smaller bottle. This is a product I use regularly and it tends to dry up around the lid and form crust that falls back into the bottle. This is one of my very favorite products for adding flavor to tasteless food!

    This is so much better than soy sauce and more versatile. I cook with it and make my own salad dressings with it. HOWEVER, this big container destroyed the shipping box and all the rest of the items it was shipped with. My very expensive wild rice had a hole in package and I lost half of it in the Amazon Truck. The Amazon Truck Driver snuck the broken up box into my garage when deliveries are usually left on my front porch. No photo today! It had been re-taped in several places but the second taping didn't hold either. Make this a single item order as it is very cost effective this way.

    I discovered coconut liquid aminos years ago. I put it in everything I cook and it makes up for my lack of cooking skills. But buying it in little bottles is really expensive! I now buy these gallon jugs whichakes it much cheaper!! It's organic and great quality. What's not to love??
