Be aware of the saltiness!

Firstly, the three 32 ounce plastic bottles arrived intact, in spite of being in a box with no padding. Second, be aware that this flavorful soy sauce is salty. Very salty. You cannot use as much of it as you are accustomed to being able to use with other say sauces. We were floored by the concentrated saltiness of the flavor and had to caution ourselves to use less. This is the one aspect that renders this product less viable as a substitute for other soy sauces. Apart from this, you are getting a flavorful and healthful seasoning; it just needs to be used with moderation.

Great tasting and, from what I hear, very healthy. (True, I don't really know what I'm talking about, and all the diet proponents I know sound vaguely cultish...)

But, bottom line, this stuff is like healthy soy sauce and really delicious. For example, I cooked spelt and mixed it with black beans, for whole protein. I put olive oil and this product on it. My 21-year-old tried it reluctantly and said, "This is pretty good with olive oil and Bragg's on it!" My honest reply: "Almost everything is good with olive oil and Bragg's on it.

P.S. I bought a lot because I use it a lot - but in small doses. A little bit goes a long way.

Honesty In advertising!

The product is great as I have used it for over 40 years. My problem is as follows:

This was advertised as Bragg Liquid Aminos, Natural Soy Sauce Alternative, 32-Ounce Bottle , (Pack of 3)" . The three bottles that arrived were 16 ounces each for a total of 48 ounces. I expected 3 bottles at 32 ounces per bottle. The math does not add up any way you slice it. To me this is fake advertising. Even if one expected 3 smaller bottles totaling 32 ounces there could not possibly be an equal amount among each bottle. If I wanted the smaller bottles I could have bought each 16 ounce bottle for 4.99 each. The way it was done cost me an additional $7. Not a large amount but a still a loss. I recommended the item be listed another way. Maybe change the total amount or describe the product differently.

I will not do business with this company any longer unless they at least attempt to rectify this error.

I was very happy to receive 3 of the correct size bottles. All of the lids were broken though. Luckily enough the bottles were still sealed. I think the packaging could be better, or they can should change the lid. However, since it was sealed, I was able to replace the broken lid with a lid I had laying around and I can still use all the bottles. I would order again.

I've been using this product since the late 70s. Unlike everything else, these guys have not cheapened up the product. It's good ol' Bragg's just the way it should be.

The special surprise is that buying Bragg's in this configuration is CHEAPER than buying it in the large jug. Go figure.
