After reading this book, I learned that I needed to categorize my time according to what needed to be done. I found that I am more energetic to do operational duties in the morning, marketing in mid afternoon, etc. Having a calendar makes it so much more encouraging to get things done.
I look forward to giving Joe a call to let him know how I have progressed and receive his further input.
The information in the book is clear, concise, and effective.
Before reading the book and applying it, growing my company was stressful (hiring the wrong people, focusing on the wrong things, missing basic elements of growing a business).
After a couple of years, we just earned a spot on the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies.
I HIGHLY recommend this book.
