*Memorable Moments: One when Cam flat out tells his family that they suck for the way they've treated Colt since he got out of rehab. I still get chills on my arms when I read that scene. Secondly, when India stands up to Carolyn and tells her she doesn't know her son at all. Lastly, the scene that takes place between Carson and Colt where Carson pretty much bares his soul. I boo-hooed like a little baby through that one and still do.
I appreciate the effort Lorelei put in to learning about recovery, showing Colt and India working the program, even 3 years later. I appreciate that the story isn't all happy happy. India has a moment where the pull to relapse is incredibly real. I love that they help each other up, as well as holding each other accountable. Read this one. Right now!
India Ellison is Colt's A.A sponsor, and after accidently injuring him in the booty, lol ( god loved that part) she is starting to see him as a man and wants to see where they could go with it but she is also wary because she doesn't want to lose his friendship.
So Colt and India decide to date without sex for two weeks. It gets hot and steamy between them and they hadn't even taken off clothes or get in between the sheets. When they finally do, it is explosive.
They find balance for their friendship, being lovers and more. and it doesn't hurt that when they do fight, they have great make up sex.
I really enjoyed this reading Colt and India's story, I was looking forward to theirs because Colt's character has went through so much to get where he is.
I'm looking forward to reading Cam's story. The Rough Riders series rocks!
