Great quality for the towel rack. It is NOT perfectly square as many have commented. It DOES state this is normal in the manual. I simply straightened it out on the floor over a towel with my hands gently using a little force. It heats quickly and wonderfully. For a NON plug in version you can simply route the cord through drywall and into an outlet. I highly recommend placing the bottom right connection point close to an available outlet so you can feed the cord through using your fingers! It heats quickly and gets very warm using a 170watt element. I was quite surprised. Take your time mounting! It is essential you have a level that spans across the rack and wall to mark your measurements. Minimum 36 inch level. Moderate to advanced installation is required. Project time for a person with experience, 1 hour. The built in timer works great and turns off as scheduled.

Also I recommend drawing a perfectly square box on the wall with a pencil and level for precision mounting.
The small robe hanger on the top can easily be changed to either side.

This towel warmer is amazing. I was looking for something with a built in timer and an in wall cable install that doesn’t have an ugly box outside of it. I love how the cable is integrated into the leg. The install was very difficult on my end due to trying to fish power from my attic to the bathroom and the hole being 1/2 inch. I didn’t have any power outlets near by. Totally worth it. It does get very warm and my small bathroom doesn’t have a heater in it so I was surprised how warm the bathroom was! An added bonus!
