I enjoyed this book for the most part. It had good characters, as well as a good story/plot, etc. The only problem I had with it is the fact that the book had not been edited and if it had it was by a 5 year old. Grammatical errors, mis spellings, run-on sentences, time lines, not knowing when to stop a paragraph and start a new one. All of those things can RUIN a book. I actually had to stop reading this at one point and come back to it later just to finish it so I didn't feel like I wasted my money!!
I encourage any one that writes please, please have it edited, ask I friend or several for that matter to read it before it's published, find a small publisher who is just starting out, something - anything please!! And for the love of books do not publish before that. I was sooooooooooooooo disappointed because this book had great potential.
Thought about the writing and layout of the book: The book over all was a great read. The story was well written and flowed from Brandon’s point of view into Livie’s point of view. The author did a great job of keeping me as the reader wanting more to the point that I could not put the book down!
What I liked: The story as a book over all was great and like I said the author did a great job tell the story at hand. Jumping right off into the story with finding out background things was a great way to tell their story. Also liking that you get to see what the events that happened to lead up to the points that Brandon and Livie are going through as we are being introduced too.
What I didn’t like: There was not much that I didn’t like about this book. I did feel like when it came to Livie’s parts of the story that she kind of repeated herself but it was all part of the reader understanding how she was feeling.
Would I recommend: Yes, I would!!!!!!!!!
