This is a very beautiful coverlet, fits beautifully perfect weight and just looks great. Those are the pros. The con is that it was covered with loose threads. When I first took it out of the package there was a huge clump of loose threads that even included colored threads (???) that I had to cut off.
Then I had to take embroidery scissors and go over the entire thing back and front and cut off loose threads everywhere. I am hoping that this is not going to cause problems down the road, that this is not going to start unraveling. I paid three times as much for this as is I normally pay for a coverlet. If it does happen down the road I’ll revisit my review in the meantime it’s truly beautiful. I would’ve given it five stars except for all the loose threads. I really don’t understand manufacturing and how it could have all the loose threads. That seems weird to me.
Ok I just found more threads I attached a picture so you can see what I’m talking about I thought I got them all. I’m going to change it to three stars because this bothers me a lot.
Update February 14, 2020: I have to come back and say this is truly the most beautiful bedspread it is washed wonderfully all the thread issues are gone I just love it just love it love it love it. Perfect weight looks gorgeous! I am very happy I bought it And I’m switching to five star without a doubt!
