For the most part, the poems make light - or fun - of the not-so-bright sorts of things kids do. Or at least think of doing. Stowing away in a kangaroo and pouring paint through a running fan are just two of the things we hope they'd only THINK about doing and, of course, how those things turn out... that's the funny part.
They're short, they're sometimes funny and sometimes hard to understand the first time - just like KIDS! I didn't particularly like or dislike them, but did notice that, as I started to write this review I had to shake my head to clear the rhythm of the rhymes or this would be a poem. They do tend to stick with you, good or bad!
None of the poems are long. All of them are silly. They are geared towards children.
