I have a two year old that has co-slept for the majority of his life, and we successfully got him into his own room and crib. Just recently, he decided he was done with the crib and began climbing out of it. We now have the "big boy" bed. Let me just say, my son has an iron will and will NOT sleep in his bed.
I plan on implementing this book this weekend. The instructions are very specific, not like most books that are very vague. I will update my review after applying the technique in this book.
