It is a step by step guide to prepare you for the complete journey of getting a job, from search to resume to cover letter to interview.
It includes many interesting real life examples, which makes it an interesting read for even people like me who already have a great job.
I particularly liked the four rules governing the job market: Rule of Escalator, Rule of Seeds, Rule of Antique Vase and Rule of drill vs Hole.
I loved chapters 6 and 7 the most that cover two important elements: staying motivated during a difficult job search and knowing yourself in terms of knowledge, skills, strengths and passion.
I have one request to Atul: To provide some templates (e.g., mother of all resumes, interview presentation, etc.) on his website.
