While renting her sister's old apt, Rich meets Becca. Becca is his new brother in law's sister and aspiring artist who wanted to make it on her own without her family's help. Becca needed a place to stay while her new house was being renovated so she goes to the apt she thought would be empty. She was surprised to see someone taking a shower in her temporary apt. They were both surprised and annoyed at the current situation, but both decide to share the apt in the meantime. While in the apt, Rich proposes that Becca teach him how to be a "domestic god", like his two new brother-in-law. That way he could get Gina back, in exchange, Becca would be allowed to stay at the apt.
During the whole time they spend together, they get to know each other very well, become friends who developed feelings for each other. They finally become involved and soon realize they want their relationship to be a permanent one. At least on Rich's behalf. Could he convince her she was the one for him? Story had humor, romance and sexiness. I gave it 4 stars because this being her third book, the "theme" was beginning to be very similar to the first 2 books. But nevertheless, it was a great book to read, very entertaining.
