This book is one of a set of five books, plus a combined book. These are the first books published under this name. (If the author has written anything else, they were published under a different name.) There are 22 recipes in this book. NONE of them have pictures. I became very suspicious as to whether these recipes are the author's, or whether they were simply taken from the web. I start going through the recipes. My suspicions were confirmed.

Raisin The Bar
From the CrossfitMilford site. Original recipe name was Gluten Free Breakfast bars - Sharmaine. Everything is identical, except the author fixed a typo and changed the number of bars made to the word Serve. Note that this recipe isn't fully paleo. It includes grapeseed oil and agave nectar. The author did add a little introduction to the end of the recipe.

Fit Mom's Biscuits & Gravy Part 1
This one appears on numerous Crossfit and paleo sites. On the robbwolf site it is called Paleo Sausage Gravy. Everything is the same. The only changes is the author here dropped the suggestion to shake up the coconut milk before you open it. And the author added the words "Ingredients:" and "Preperation:" [sic] as sub headings to this, and all recipes. Note that the source site has lovely pictures. There are NO pictures in this book.

Fit Mom's Biscuits & Gravy Part 2
Again this recipe appears on numerous sites, mostly Crossfit sites. But, like the one above, the source is the robbwolf site and from the same page as the one above. The original name is Paleo Biscuits. A couple of changes were made. They are:
(coconut oil is fine here too) --> or you can substitute with coconut oil
a little coconut oil --> *Small amount coconut oil

Coco-Curry Frittata
From the everydaypaleo site. Original name is Coconut Milk and Curry Frittata. The introduction on the source page was dropped. The author here is taking any directions that are in paragraph form and changing them to a ordered list here. And one change was made: "Slice like a pizza and serve." was changed to "Slice and serve."

Zucchini and Sweet Potato Frittata
From the chilledfitness site. Original name is Zucchini and Sweet Potato Paleo Breakfast Frittata. Again the source page has a picture and an introduction which aren't here.

Sweet Potato Hash Browns
From the chilledfitness site again. Same page as the above. Original name is Sweet Potato Paleo Hash Browns. The source recipe has a couple of extra space typos. They were carried over to here.

Sweetcakes' Potato Pancakes
From the sweetcheekshq site. Original name is Sweet potato pancakes. One change was made. The source has "( I used a food processor and it was so easy)" and here it is "(I use a food processor here)". [spacing sics]

Zesty-Pan Lemon Pancakes
From several Crossfit sites. Original name is Lemon Pancakes. Spacing typos were carried over to here.

Chestnut Pancakes
From several paleo sites. Crossfit and paleo websites with recipes are very incestuous. But only on the paleopancakes site is everything identical. Except the author here has dropped from every recipe the number of pancakes or servings that the recipe makes.

Coco-fluff Pancakes
Wow! This recipe appears on many dozens of sites. The original name is Fluffy Coconut Flour Pancakes. It appears that the original source was the paleopancakes site again.

Banana Omelet
This is again a very popular recipe with the Crossfit crowd. I'll pick the brentscrossfitpaleolife site as the source. Mainly as the same page was used for several recipes here. The recipe name is the same.

Bacon and Fruit Breakfast Scramble
From the chilledfitness site again. Original name is Paleo Bacon and Fruit Breakfast Scramble.

Baked Eggs with Bacon and Spinach
From the brentscrossfitpaleolife site again. Original recipe name is the same.

Veggies & Eggies
A very popular recipe! The source site was PaleoPlan. The recipe name is the same.

Veggie Scramble
Back to brentscrossfitpaleolife site again. Everything is identical, including the recipe name.

Eggs With Avocado And Salsa
And yet another super popular recipe. It appears that the original source was the PaleoPlan site. Everything is identical, including the recipe name.

Steak & Eggs
Also a popular one. We are back to brentscrossfitpaleolife site again. Everything is identical, including the recipe name.

Paleo Breakfast Cereal
From the paleobreakfast site. Complete original name is Paleo Breakfast Cereal (Paleo Grape-Nuts). Lots of introduction and after notes were reduced to "Pour over some almond milk and you've got a healty breakfast." [sic] here.

Paleo Apple Crisp
And yet another very popular recipe. I assume the author took it from the chilledfitness site, as other recipes here came from there. Other than dropping the introduction everything, including the name, is the same here.

Berry Easy Smoothie
A super, super popular recipe! It appears identically dozens of places. Possibly sourced from the itsPaleo site. Original name is Breakfast Smoothie.

The Adonis Smoothie
This is the only recipe I was not able to easily find on the web. But it isn't very paleo. It includes yogurt, flax seed oil, and almond milk. Almond milk is only paleo if you make your own.

Apple Buttermeal
Another super popular recipe. Original name is Almost Oatmeal. The recipe is identical on many dozens of sites. The author did make one change here. She added "Or Microwave 1 ½ minutes, take out then stir and then put back in for 30 seconds." to the end. It appears that she has actually made this one.

I expect all the recipes in the other books from this author to be likewise STOLEN from the web. Please don't buy books from thieves. Especially egregious ones. People that STEAL should not be rewarded for their thefts. You can find all the recipes you could ever need for the paleo diet for free on the web.
