I've found not just understanding the ways it impacts me, but also my loved ones, has made it a very useful tool in overcoming the tendencies. Sort of like using the disease against itself to provide motivation.
Recommend highly. While I definitely suggest purchasing the book as well, she does a fantastic job summarizing the key points in the workbook itself.
