About the author

Richard Koch is the author of The 80/20 Principle, which has sold more than a million copies, and been published in approximately forty languages. That most of the results (say, 80%) comes from a minority of causes (say 20%).
That way, the effectiveness of the 20% most important of causes, is 16 times higher than that of the other 80% (20%/80% divided by 80%/20%. You get 16 times better.
