Both in person and in her books, Jennie is able to clearly and lovingly explain why yoga can be so impactful on so many levels. I read her first book, True Yoga, and liked her writing style and the accessibility of the information. She demystified some of the more complex elements of yogic thought and spiritual practices and explained them in ways that all yogis, whether seasoned or new, could fully appreciate. Breathing Love: Meditation in Action was just as enjoyable and resonant for me. It serves as a reminder of how I want to move through the world--always from a place of love, no matter what I'm facing. I highly recommend this book!

Your perspective on Love may be profoundly enlarged by this book. There are some deep metaphysical concepts here presented in engaging, easy to understand ways. Jennie walks the talk. Each chapter has a Personal Story illustrating its main theme--my favorite parts. Highly recommended.
