The Breezecatcher Clothesline makes the perfect use of your yard space to dry your clothes in the open and clean fresh air. The large capacity of hanging space allows for five to six loads of laundry to be hung saving you valuable time of having to wait for other loads to dry first. The longest outside line is 8ft in length and perfect for hanging your towels and sheets. The combination of top-quality construction and affordability, along with the ability to adjust its height from 4ft-7ft, makes it one of Breezecatcher's most popular dryers. You can customize the installation to suit your requirements, short, tall, wheelchair, scooter, etc. This clothesline is assembled by hand, using very durable, bright anodized heavy-gauge, aluminum components. It does not have any plastic parts - but is constructed with ultra-strong solid extruded aluminum brackets and slides. With this type of quality, Breezecatcher confidently offers a 10-year warranty on this dryer (1-year on the line).
Its all-aluminum construction makes it extremely lightweight (27 pounds) allowing this top-spinner to rotate easily in a light breeze, even when fully loaded. And you can easily fold it down and remove it from the ground socket for storage. Many dryers cram the lines together, but the Breeze Catcher leaves plenty of space for improved airflow which helps your clothes to dry faster. You need at least 11-1/2ft (3.5m)diameter of yard space to install this model
The quality of Breezecatcher dryer's unique design and incredible hand-made finish will impress you. It is totally pre-strung with durable, poly core clothesline and includes the ground socket. A perfect solution for saving money and reducing your carbon footprint.

I am happy to find this Breezecatcher on Amazon 20 years later; I wanted to recommend it to a friend will be moving off grid soon.
The vertical pole and ground sleeve are so strong that I stand in one place to hang laundry on one side, then spin the clothesline to reach the next empty side. Reverse this for unhanging the clothes. With this method, hanging a load of laundry takes very little time.
We have not purchased many things that worked as they were designed for 2 decades - this breezecatcher is one of them. Although initial cost is high, this dryer will pay you back many times over.
I have no affiliation with the company, just want to see more people use the natural sun and wind to reduce emissions from dryer use. See the advocacy group laundrylist .org for details
The lines themselves are that poly plastic which is nice because it will not rust or mark your lighter clothing. The edges are all smoothed so no worries handing more delicate items or worring about snags. Spacing between the lines allows adequate air flow to dry the items faster.
This is a LARGE dryer so its better suited for someone who wants to dry larger items or for a family. I have a large family and wash nearly every day this clotheslines holds 4 super capacity washer loads (adult/childrens clothes) easily. It spins easily with the slightly breeze.
The manuf. sells another sleeve (part)that is cemented into the ground. So if you rent or want to move at a later date that is possible. The item is heavy though and although the manuf. says you dont have to cement it in the ground I dont see how it could hold up the weight of a fully loaded clothesline.
After one year I see no degradation of the line itself, nor any degradation of any of the metal components.
Contacted the seller and they essentially said not our problem contact the manufacturer. A professional way of handling a defect in a costly item would be to say, "We are so sorry and have contacted the manufacturer requesting their assistance. Here are the contact numbers for you as well."
Contacted the manufactureer and Tom was right on top of the issue requesting photos to resolve potential future problems and sent a replacement part.
This product is a Five knowing that with all manufacturing there can be unforeseen defects. Tom at Breezecatchar was a Five. The sellers handling a Three. I would reorder this product
Modified my rating once the manufacturer resolved my problem. I would reorder this product and would use a different seller.
