(Patsy Glan RT Book Reviews
Being my first Diana Brandmeyer read, I didn’t know what to expect. What I found was a delightful tale full of humor, romance and of course dilemmas. The characters’ personalities jump out at you from the first page. You are given keen awareness into Angel’s blindness. Heaven must protect her yet Heaven herself is vulnerable trying so hard to be independent. And Travis, well, he has to learn that God gave him his gift of healing and though he can be used as an instrument in His hands, God has ultimate control. The spiritual inspiration is given in the form of prayer and a little scripture reference but it isn’t overpowering and lends nicely to the story.
Ms Brandmeyer has hit the nail on the head with this one having all the elements of a fun story. This is a keeper on my bookshelves and I’m sure it will be on yours.
