About the Author

Maxwell D. Rosenthal is in-house counsel at a leading media and entertainment company in New York City and was recently named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the New York Metro Area. Prior to going in-house, Max spent many years practicing at a premier law firm in NYC where, in addition to building his practice, he ran the firm's Legal Internship Program. Max is a volunteer speaker and mentor for the Development School for the Youth, and is a frequent lecturer at law schools and bar associations on topics related to career development and legal experiential learning. Max is a contributor for the American Bar Association's Student Lawyer. Max earned his degree in business from University of Maryland College Park where he was an honor athlete as a member of the Men's Varsity Football team. He earned his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
