One reason FRONTIER HOUSE makes my list of desert island DVD's is the lovely musical score by Edward Bilous. It's worth getting the soundtrack CD. Using mostly acoustical instruments, Bilous brings a vivid palette of emotions to the frontier setting and struggling families.
