The filters I received are fine, but the product was not brand new. I received a beat-up box with a stick on it that said "Thanks to you, this product has a second life." The filters inside were sealed in individual plastic sleeves and seem fine, but nowhere in the listing was I informed I would be getting a box that was... previously owned, I guess? Super weird, and not exactly what you want to see on a product that is carrying water directly into your mouth.

They were packaged well and the filters come in a sealed bag.
I haven't used these ones yet but I have been using the one that came with my Brita filter water bottle and it works great, the filter doesn't give the water any strange flavours and is the same as these filters.
The price is good too, it works out at £10 per filter which I think is pretty good for the amount of use you get out of them. 👍
