Editorial Reviews

Join us for a nostalgic voyage back to the heyday of British steam, when the titans of the tracks were in their prime! Our journey begins on the West Somerset Railway at Williton Station to see the arrival of a mysterious GWR engine with an unusual history, before heading down the line to Bishops Lydeard and a look at GWR9351 and GWR4160. On the North Yorkshire Moors Railway we are greeted by 60007, Sir Nigel Gresley in a hailstorm but not even the British weather can detract from this magnificent machine. With visits to Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, Ffestiniog Railway and an extended look at Castetown Railway Station on the Isle of Man, this exciting DVD provides much for the enthusiast and beginner alike.

My 18 month old grandson loves to watch trains probably from watching Thomas. He prefers the steam engines and this video is one of his favorites. It has a few boring moments but I just fast forward through them. Overall, very good.
