I’m a huge sports romance fan. There are a lot of books out there in this genre, yet only a handful get it right. I want to read sports romance where the author makes me feel like I’m there in the moment. I can tell you, Tracey Ward gets it right. The realism in the descriptions and the behind the scenes action draws you in. I loved every moment with Tyus and Mila as they navigated through their tumultuous relationship and took me to places I didn’t expect. They made me swoon, smile, and laugh out loud at their banter. A perfect start to my reading for 2018!
Each book in this series sucked me in immediately. She is so good at making you feel the characters. But this one....this is one of those cry one minute and laugh out loud the next. I was so invested in Tyus and Mila I didn't want it to ever end.
If you haven't read the whole series, start at the beginning and don't stop until you read this one!
The herione was simply gross.
The hero was good, but didn’t match the herione. I wish he ended up with someone else.
Someone more polite, respectable , doesn’t masturbate infront of her roommate, and definitely doesn’t sleep around with married men twice her age.
In books, I’ve always hated heros who sleep around and party too much. I never saw it as cool.
I don’t see it as cool either, when this herione did it.
Ps. I read books to escape reality, when a real celebrity is brought up in a book and is hinted he slept with the fictional herione. IT COMPLETELY turns me off .
Sorry, not a fan of fanfiction.
I loved Tryus story. It didn't play out how I expected and that was the best part.
It was another wonderful love story with all the feels, swoons and a hea. Worth every word.
