Bronze Age Mindset Kindle Edition

4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars 2,393 ratings

The Atlantic named this author as possibly Steve Bannon's contact in the White House (Rosie Gray, The Atlantic Feb 10 2017: " 'Think you should speak directly to my WH cutout / cell leader,' Yarvin said in an email. 'I've never met him and don't know his identity, we just DM on Twitter. He's said to be ‘very close’ to Bannon...Goal is to intimidate Congress with pure masculine show of youth, energy. Trump is said to know, will coordinate with powerful EOs…"); and a recent Vox article (Tara Isabella Burton, Vox June 1 2018) claimed that he is the "text" to Jordan Peterson's "subtext," and a "distilled" form of Peterson. Distilled means purer: yes, so why not read and understand the purer version? T. I. Burton also adds in this article that this author BAP is a kind of priest-king to thousands on Twitter and outside and is possibly leading a spiritual reawakening.

Some say that this book, found in a safebox in the port area of Kowloon, was dictated, because Bronze Age Pervert refuses to learn what he calls "the low and plebeian art of writing." It isn't known how this book was transcribed. The contents are pure dynamite. He explains that you live in ant farm. That you are observed by the lords of lies, ritually probed. Ancient man had something you have lost: confidence in his instincts and strength, knowledge in his blood. BAP shows how the Bronze Age mindset can set you free from this Iron Prison and help you embark on the path of power. He talks about life, biology, hormones. He gives many examples from history, both ancient and modern. He shows the secrets of the detrimental robots, how they hide and fabricate. He helps you escape gynocracy and ascend to fresh mountain air.

The pricing, he insisted on against all advice. It refers to the lucky 969 Movement of Burma, led by the noble monk Wirathu.

Praise be to the Pervert. Praise be to his teaching of peace.

Be careful.

No book this is, but tome of grate knowledges! We must transcribe to many deep stone cave wall to protec frum any cataclysm! These words be sacred after many future rebirths!

My buzzbud Bacchus Brohemius Buzziccus once tell me (he drink alot and tell many story) before he was felled after holding baq THOUSANDS of evil Wasps while many queen escape: "This world is ugly and grotesque. Many are not ready or willing to find new fields. But remember that nature always finds a way to purge the refuse, and reward those that capture its wandering spirit." I believe that BBB had the Fire described in this tome. Mayb he BAP in soul? I no know.

BAP succinctly captures and understands deeply the spirit and fire that drove Men of Power to conquer and seek out new spaces. He understand wat truly maek free man. And he no stop there! He deride modern "science" and mock this world's capitulation to the weak and feeble, and suppression of strength and charisma. He use many great men of yore and recent to maek point, and extrapolates every element required of Men of Power to achieve the deeds of great men like these. He venerates nature and beauty, and draws attention on the constant attaqs on TRUE brotherhood and TRUE friendship.

    MAEK NO MISTAKE:
This text only for specific audience. If u bee easily offend, turn baq now! The cares of the weak in will and spirit mean nothing to BAP! Only Men of Power will see, internalize, and understand this.

BAP makes it very clear frum the beginning that this is not a philosophy, but an exhortation. Not a self-help, but a way out. You might be slightly confused by his syntax and the references he makes, as well as words he frequently uses, but if you have followed him for a while, this may just seem like a very long poast. It is BAP-ism through and through. He lays down the truths, exposes the lies, and gives explicit instructions to men of similar spirit.

I could write moar, but that would only serve to turn this review into a synopsis, and might break amazawg's website if I put too much power on here. Much enlightenment lies ahead! Fail to purchase this at your own peril!

This book is a masterpiece and a success on so many levels. Rarely have I experienced any writer capable of successfully imitating (dare I say improving upon?) Nietzschean prose. All while teaching (and reminding one of the connections between) the classics while reinterpreting them for modern consumption. Reminds me of a better version of Herbert Dreyfus' lectures that Berkley had up for so many years until the deaf sued them for not having transcripts so they pulled them down.

I would consider reading this juxtaposed with Alistair MacIntrye's work (assuming that one already has a background in the western classics, Nietzsche, Hinduism, and history), After Virtue, Whose Justice? Which Rationality, Three Rival Versons of Moral Inquiry, and Dependent Rational Animals.. MacIntyre can be a bit turgid, but he's a serious thinking in the vein of the more communal democratic interpretation of the lessons of the classics.

MacIntyre told us that the true decision was between Aristotle and Nietzsche. In Bronze Age Mindset, we finally have a fully erudite modern interpretation of Nietzsche which is willing to boldy state things even Nietzsche seemed afraid to admit (probably due to his sickly nature, he couldn't actually admit he was a bugman).

I read this book all in one day ignoring my kids on father's day to read. And I have to say it is one of the best books I've ever read (although that is a bit of a recency bias).

This is a thought provoking book with a story or insight on practically every page. It's well worth reading.

This book is simultaneously many things--it can be read on several levels. One thing I have not yet heard mentioned is that it is also an interpretation of Nietzsche's philosophy. BAP mentions Nietzsche numerous times throughout the book, but there is scarcely a page that does not call to mind a Nietzsche aphorism. An astute reader of Nietzsche will surely appreciate the amount of thought that must have been spent synthesizing (or perhaps recreating) Nietzsche's philosophy and interpreting some of the more challenging aspects of it that this book covertly reveals. It is rare to see, even among Nietzsche scholars, a person who has taken Nietzsche's thought so seriously. Instead Nietzsche is so often treated as either a museum piece, a rare historical artifact to be studied at a distance with gloves on, or as a sage who's collection of aphorisms can be chosen as one pleases.

A student of Nietzsche should read this book to learn how Nietzsche's thought and style can be applied in the twenty-first century.

An admirer of this book who has not yet read any Nietzsche should buy a copy of The Genealogy of Morals and continue from there.
