I was a bit worried about the construction of this thing considering the kinda cheap price, but after about a year it has held up fine. Also the batteries have held up reasonably.
Pros: less germs, slows down some candy ninjas, motion-activation works great, looks pretty good, office workers love it, holds a lot of product
Cons: Jams on pretzel M&M's and Almond M&M's, sometimes dribbles, some morons can't figure out the motion activation or don't catch the candy when it comes out
Recommendations: Almonds work great and are a bit healthier than candy. Peanut and plain M&Ms work fine but people eat them quick. Skittles are fairly cheap and look nice, but people don't like them much so they go slowly. Place the candyman on a large paper plate with a rim to catch the dribbles and candy from dolts who take their hand away too quickly.
FYI- DON'T use the new pretzel M&Ms. They get stuck and grind up the motor.
There is even a light that comes on where the candy comes out when you put your hand there.

Did not work well. Try Blackjax Motion Activated. Much better and way less expensive. Don't bother. You will be sorry.Published on June 16, 2014 by josephine
I ordered one for our office to dispense peanut M&Ms. It does not dispense very well, it's sluggish and will only put out a few at a time no matter what serving size you choose. Read morePublished on March 11, 2014 by Andrea L Alfred
