We have a new Baker in town, Tempest Crawford, late of Chicago and back in a favorite small town of Silver Springs, Arizona (close to Prescott for those living there,) is moving in her late Grandmother's home to start her own sole proprietorship.
Her first job, baking an elaborate wedding cake doesn't go as planned, especially when she finds a dead body lying beneath the table. Oops. Our brave, ok, not so brave but truly realistic, baker realizes that she might be suspect #1.
As Tempest gets more involved with the wedding party, we also learn more facts about our newest sleuth. Seriously off men, you would be too if you met Bronson, meeting up again with her childhood best friend, and trying to keep alive keeps the reader quite involved in this book.
I look forward to the next installment as this author can truly write a climax chapter! Enjoy!
I will make the recipes, though.
A clever and sweet mystery you can read in an afternoon! Oh yes...the recipes sound delicious!
