Cons: The directions and ingredients are never on facing pages--for all but 16 recipes (yes, I counted), you have to page back and forth, so good luck using a cookbook holder. Also, the publishers have centered all the ingredient lists, which somehow makes it just a little harder to read.
I also gave this five stars because there is a picture for every recipe. I can't stand cookbooks that don't have pictures. And- the tip about lining your pan with foil? Genius!
Buy this book- you won't regret it.
