This was a fun training program to do while you're watching TV. Takes all day to complete each session but that made it fun.
I did gain 0.5".

Ive been doing this routine for about five months now and the results are just fantastic. My body looks and feels so much better. I am not, by any means, a beginner in physical training and have tried various approaches to training. I am what is commonly referred to as a "hardgainer" and have overtrained a great many times using tradittional bodybuilding techniques. This method, however leaps over the overtraining and gives results. The book can be read from cover to cover in an hour and gives the reader enough information to then simply get on with it. For such a low price I urge all to give this method a shot. The book is rather thin on nutrition though and gives little time to rest and recuperation. The writer does know what he is talking about and to be frank, the fitness community is rather divided about such things. So Bryda leaves a lot to the common sense of the reader. Buy it.

It works. Period. If you do the gym routine of 2 tricep exercises and 2 bicep exercises just follow the protocol you will be pleased.
Do it for a month. switch the exercises and repeat. Great stuff. All Rich's books are worth the money.

I was familiar with this author because I purchased his book about getting jacked up the prison way. At 48 years old I am starting become interested in alternative workout programs especially ones that do not require three or four trips to the gym a week and one thing about this workout you can do it at home but I must warn you that when you purchase richs other books they includes parts of this book and other books in the other purchases he also shamelessly promotes his other works and people who I believe were his friends or people who have plugged him he also has his nose so far up Amazon.com ass if Amazon came to a stop they would have to have surgery to remove this ass kisser from their ass tries workout after all you can do it on Sunday in front of the TV during the commercials like he says and you got nothing to lose but be careful buying his products on a whole they're very redundant I haven't even been practicing in this program for month so I can give you honest opinions on the results you can obtain but after purchasing a few of his books is not much of an author is one hell of an egomaniac and you could probably accomplish what he did in this book as far as directions on how to work out in three pages good luck respectfully Johnny Irish

Take a close look at the forearms on this author's cover...does that look NORMAL to you? Of course not! And the book says NOTHING about how to build your arm muscles PROPORTIONATELY so your bare forearms don't give the impression that you are really skinny stick person wearing an inflatable T-shirt. Please, BALANCE the exercises to prevent this freak show.

Targeting a single area of the body is not a good idea.

Ok heres the thing. Bryda is not an author. There is no scientific backing to any of his works and generally i would say dont trust his other books BUT WAIT! Brute force biceps was the first book i brought from him and let me tell you something. im a strong guy. i do strongman stunts i competetively armwrestle and even though i can bend 60penny nails this workout kicked my butt hard. basically its volume training very similar to what gregory valentino did to get the biggest biceps in the world. Rich says measure your arms and 2 days after the first work out ill show you im right. he does. my arms are19 1/4 solid rock hard inches at 5'10'' 215 pounds. i owe 2 inches of that to this book over the past year. YOU ARE PURPOSELY OVERTRAINING WHEN YOU DO THIS!!!! its a great SHOCK workout but dont do it longer than a month and wait 6 months inbetween or your gonna see bad results after too long.

To wrap this up dont buy anything from rich bryda. except this book. Your arms will get bigger if you do it right YOU WILL HURT YOU MIGHT CRY the night of and day after this work out but i promise youll get the biceps you want. body builders to strongmen to pencil necks looking to be big will get something from this book id stake my life on it.

I've finished three workouts so far, and the results are incredible. This has made a bigger difference in my arm size than 5 months of regular arm workouts. I've used the gym-version of the workouts, and it only takes about 45-60 minutes to complete. How can you argue with 4 hours of workout in a month and getting noticeably bigger arms?

Also, I've been doing the 'Brute Force Pushups' daily workout for a week now and have already seen a big difference in my chest. Check it out too!

I have followed the advice for 2 weeks now and I have seen some difference.. Obviously if one is unable to actually do the exercise as indicated no results will be seen.. Worth your time
