In Bt by James Kidac tells a story of the in-betweens with characters, Akira who meets three great loves in his journeys and learns how each love might influence him. Then readers are introduced to Becky a girl who traverses onto the stony paths in Essex following the misfortune that befell her mentor Mister Chase. In short, these people are angels and their story is told through their eyes.
Initially, when I started reading I was wondering if this story was going to keep my interest but it did due to the author's writing style and sense of humor throughout the pages. He definitely was thinking outside the box as he penned this novel.
Readers will enjoy that this is not your typical story of the angels trying to guide the humans this story actually shows two sides, one of the angels watching the humans and the humans (us the reader) watching the angels. Overall it was a great plot that was properly executed with good narration which makes for a good read. I rate this body of work 4 and a half stars.
