Best of all it's clearly stamped on the blade "USA" ...Now I've always trusted Bucks over the years, but some are now (made in China) so be very careful. I have several of the Old (Real Bucks) from long years ago, but I enjoy a real wood handle knife too. I'm excited and VERY happy with this little Buck. I've found no defects using a jewelers loupe . (This Buck would make a nice gift for a true collector an Ol'fart like me or maybe youngster 9 or 10 years just getting started)... Got my first Buck at 9.
The 0305RWS measurements:
Closed: About 2-5/8" long. Clip-balde open Overall 4-9/16" knife length. (Clip-balde) alone is about 2" long. Knife overall depth: About 1/2" at dead center, back of clip blade to bottom of knife. Overall thickness: 1/4" side to side. The little blade aka: (Sheepsfoot-blade) is about 1-7/16" (just a hair under 1-1/2" inches long). Both blades very easy to open.
As for the Lancer, the brass and rosewood are very nice together, and the blades are what you would expect - - if you wanted to, you could hone them to razor sharpness. I don't like such a delicate edge, so the factory hone is fine for me. I've given several as gifts, and everyone was pleased to get them. A gentleman's blade.
