Ben is a mega movie star and feels the need to escape his life. So, he drives until the road ends, and then takes the ferry as far as he can go. He hides out on an island, meeting a local girl and falling in love. Chelsea has not idea that the guy working in her dad's store is more than a nice guy. They spend the summer getting to know one another - at least as much as you can when one party isn't even using his real name. Near the end, his world crashes in on them. What will Chelsea do? Will she forgive the lies of omission? Will Ben win her back?
The story was fine - typical movie star wants to be loved for himself and not his fame story. And of course, he finds one of the few people in the world who has no idea who he is. If you are looking for extremely light reading and don't mind the editing, then this would do.
