Editorial Reviews

Review

In this novel-in-stories...Belinda Anderson offers an attractive panoply of characters rich with nuance and diversity. Full of humor, under-stated romance, and unexpected suspense- will the Driver's Ed vehicle really get obliterated?- this book has something for everyone. --Marc Harshman, author of The Storm, a Smithsonian notable book

Her characters aren't afraid to take up residence in the reader's mind and stay there. With warmth and charm, Belinda Anderson creates a world that lingers long after the last page. --Gretchen Moran Laskas, author of The Midwife's Tale and The Miner's Daughter

Belinda's stories are superbly written. One signature of her writing style is the touch of humor she includes, making her stories delightful reads. The development of her characters reflects our own natures: at times challenged to get through the day and to survive relationships. But just like Hope County, where her characters live, hope lives in their hearts. It will in the readers' hearts, too. --Cat Pleska, Editor
