If you make it to the second half there are some basic CBT type exercises around challenging negative thoughts . You don’t need to know about neuroscience/ neuroplasticity to engage in CBT.
I now notice that Mr Hollins churns out these books , with tantalising titles , by the dozen . BE AWARE
I would recommend reading this book if you're trying to change parts of your life as it contains helpful insights about habits and how they're formed.
Very motivating and an enjoyable read.
