I have read many books about Network Marketing. I have never seen a book quite like this one. This is a very mature/adult book on what it really takes to be successful in network marketing. Big Al mentions all the distractions that can come at you when building a network marketing business and what the REAL FOCUS should be on. It really comes down to finding 3 or 4 people who will not quit no matter what obstacles they encounter, a few people who can focus on doing the exact same thing, i. e. finding 3 or 4 people who will not quit no matter what......you get the picture. If someone new to this idea that is network marketing can get through this book and STILL want to do the business, then you probably have found one of YOUR 3 or 4 Leaders. It was a fun read - but very mature and too the point. It would probably be a good book for new people to read right out of the gate. But also a book that veteran network marketers need to read on a regular basis to keep their focus.

Big Al is a genius of human behaviour. He teaches practical, learnable skills to help the profession of network marketing.

It's done from an ethical and honest starting point and step by step he takes the student to another level of understanding and clarity (as an ex-engineer introvert).

Network marketing is misunderstood and misrepresented by many people (who think it's normal and ok to work for 40 years on someone else's dream - or for the government). That means network marketers face a lot of sneering by smart alecks who are deep in the 'do as your told' trance.

Big Al's books, CD's and training truly help the people who know that earning a living can be done differently. He helps us get professional at the passing messages on (that's all it is) and teaches us how to teach others.

I came to profit sharing (that's what it is in essence) only a year ago, but Big Al has already made a massive difference to my life.
