I wrote this book because I encountered that a lot of people were misinformed when it came to creating what a fit lifestyle would look like for themselves. This book is for people who are interested in constructing an approach to fitness that will ever evolve and change with them but also work. It takes time to look at what it takes to get fit and then the practices that should take place to help one to maintain being fit and healthy for life. I took 12 different fitness practices that people often overlook and attached action sheets that lend practical application to the mix. The reader will get the most out of the book by practicing and perfecting one section at a time and taking what they learn to create their own personal pathway to fitness.
About the Author
Andre Farnell has over 17 years of experience as a personal trainer, corporate health and fitness specialist, and health and wellness expert. He found at a early age that he had an affinity for exercising and working out. Even though he was born into the ghettos of the inner city and bounced from foster home to foster home raising his brother he always knew that this passion would save him somehow. In his years of training a vast variety of people he saw that every one of his clients had talents and gifts that varied from his own. Where he was strong they were weak and vice-versa. Always having an eye for helping himself and his clientele to become stronger he set out to find out why it is that humans struggle to take action that we know intellectually that we should do. He went to Montclair State University to study the science behind why human bodies changed when placed under certain physical circumstances. Andre also studied human ontology, behavioral sciences, neuroscience, and numerous methods of brain training to go with the physical training that he loved. He developed a unique blend of training both the mind and the body simultaneously for lasting effect. He created the Better Body Method of training and founded Better Body Expert LLC based out of NYC. He now speaks, leads workouts, workshops and seminars worldwide. His methods have been featured in numerous magazines in print and online, television and on his website. Clients report having profound shifts and make lasting transformations around their health and fitness.
