The product in itself, the bottle, size and shape is great, it was packaged well.
I can't say that it has made any difference to my health at present but I am taking it as a precautionary thing for brain health as I age.
If your thinking of getting this size bottle, just be aware that you have to keep cleaning the outside because it gets greasy so when full, the weight of it can make it difficult to use, but if you wipe any drips off as you go then you'll be fine.

It's good. I feel full when I take it. I found you have to take small amounts to avoid a runny tummy. Sometimes felt puke like if I took too much. So need to start small. I don't enjoy the flavor but realised I can mix it into drinks. I am not sure about the affects but maybe it's too early to tell. I have been taking it everyday for 3 weeks. I am just continuing. I am still learning about how it affects me. I do feel full in the day.
