I was looking for a long hoe (more on that later) with a fiberglass handle but couldn't find what I was after in the big-box stores so took a chance on this.
The handle is strong and the head is definitely heavy duty. My only complaint is that it's attached to the handle by a single bolt and has about a half-inch of wiggle. The head slides onto the handle and is either not tight enough or doesn't go far enough down to reduce the play. Not a deal-breaker but also not something I've experienced with different hoes.
All that being said, it more than paid for itself as an effective copperhead killer during its first use. I've read some reviews stating the blade wasn't sharp but one whack and that guy was severed in two! Happy gardening or whatever else you might find to use it for.

8/10/15 Update: After about a month, the head on the hoe came off. I contacted Bully and they sent me a replacement free of charge. The new one had no play between the handle and head like I had previously written about. I'm very pleased with both their customer service and product. They really stand behind their stuff.

Great quality and design and at a price that is extremely reasonable for what you get. The steel is thick and designed for commercial or home application. Id say the metal is 2 times maybe 3 times as thick as a ames hoe from home depot. This will be a tool to last a lifetime
