Okay.. this is my waist trainer #5!! And I have to say it is my favorite one of all of them!! It just puts everything together and does not roll up or down,I have been using it for a week M-F 8 hours ( work) and now I am on my third row of adjustment size. On this picture I still was on the first one I believe! I absolutely love it!!

I bought this so I could reshape my waist and if my posture. I’m heavy around the stomach area (pot belly style, gross) I’m 5’3, 160lbs and I bought a Large. I was able to fasten it on the 2nd tightest setting, so I’m thinking I might have to get the medium size sooner.
For the 30 minutes I wore this, it’s very comfortable and has good airflow, I plan to wear this during my labor intensive job so hopefully it stays comfy. The material is good quality and looks like it’ll last me a while.

I washed it and tried to use it again, the clasps were even harder to close that time, and it wasn't holding tight anymore, it was all stretched out.
