UPDATE: Okay, this sight has really grown on me during the last three range trips. It has since "graduated" from a 10/22 to a Mini-14. Through use and experience, I no longer have problems with the battery cover and have the two eyes open things down pat. I do notice a slight 1-2" shift in POI when switching between the reticles, nothing major however. I have settled on the "circle dot" reticle and can manage, while shooting off the bench, all rounds in a 4" target at 75 yards, with most in the 3" center. That's commendable, IMO, considering the 2-7x32 scope I also have zeroed to this weapon does no better than 2" at 100 yards. Additionally, I must mention that this sight and two Bushnell single dot sights are outperforming my two Vortex Strikefires in every way at temps below 35 degrees. During the last three range trips, every Bushnell has powered up and performed at temps from 15-35, while the Vortex sights have been dead as rocks. One of the Vortex sights is being replaced by the company, while the other continues to only work inside the house at room temperatures. I WOULD NOT TRADE ONE OF MY BUSHNELL SIGHTS FOR THREE VORTEX. Yeah, I said it! In fact, if I suffer one more Vortex failure, I'm selling them off and getting another of these Bushnell sights!
It holds the zero just fine even with the couple of thousand rounds I have shot. I like how the battery lasts a long time, although I still carry extras. One time I left the battery on for a couple of days and it still worked. The next round that I shot conked out the batter, but even with a fresh battery it still held it's zero.
I'm more of a hunter and not really a sharp shooter. It's one thing to go the range and sure, with my 16" barreled mini -14 I and this scope I can get a 3" grouping at 100 yards (the smallest red dot fills the paper at that distance, I'm sure that in the proper hands and with a lead slead the mini could probably do better). When I'm hunting sea otters I have about 2 seconds to aim and fire before they dive again (from a moving boat), and last year hunting I was still able to take many, many sea otters. The last one I hunted I shot at 120 yards, and with this scope the shot went right where I hoped it would.
I got a 2nd mini-14 for backup and also to have on hand when I hunt with somebody else. I was so happy with my purchase from a couple years ago I went ahead and bought another one.
I bought this for the fact that it has zero magnification (which allows for quick acquisition), and the fact that it is waterproof/fog proof (I hunt in a marine environment where it is often raining when I am hunting). This scope has not let me down. I highly recommend this product. Maybe it's not an EOTech, but it certainly is not in the EOTech price range.
I'm not a fan of the rings that come with the scope. As you can see in the product picture, the rings split down the center from top to bottom. If you remove the scope, you loose your sight in. I have replaced them with a set of UTG 30mm max strength picatinny rings. I can now take the scope off the rifle and replace it while maintaining my zero.

I wish the parallaxe could be better engineered.
