Carol's book was great! It has tips from A-Z on all aspects of travel that I can use not only for business, but for personal travel. From packing to Twitter it has it all, including how to deal with the guy next to you on plane that falls asleep on you! Her humorous andecotes spread througout the book made this an easy read.
