ROSIE DAYKIN is the founder of Butter Baked Goods in Vancouver, BC and author of the bestselling book by the same name. 2015 saw the release of her second book, the equally successful, Butter Celebrates and in 2019 she had another bestseller with her third book, Let Me Feed You. After a career as an interior designer, she transformed her dream of opening a bakery into a phenomenal success story and Rosie’s baked goods could be found at many fine retailers across the world. In 2021 Rosie sold her bakery and started work on her fourth book, which will be released in Spring of 2024. She lives in Vancouver with her husband, Paul; a small dog named Pickle and her three chickens.

I loved the first Butter book, the recipes were great and well worth the money. The second book failed for me, it did not have many recipes i would use or try. Buy the first Butter cookbook pass on the second it has recipes with flavors that just dont cut it for me. Besides the dog biscuit recipe their in not 1 recipe i will try. I was so angry at myself for buying this book, what a waste of money.

I couldn't wait for this cookbook to come out. Rosie has not disappointed. I like the celebrations around the year format for this cookbook and it will inspire me to try recipes 365 days of the year. I have already made several of the recipes. Again, like the last one, this cookbook is beautiful to look at. The photos make you want to get out your equipment and ingredients and start baking. The instructions are easy to follow and the results do actually look like the photos. You will enjoy this cookbook all year I guarantee it.
