PROS: Get rid of excessive IDE ribbons if you still have some 3-connector IDE cables in your rig and only need to connect one IDE device of each type to the mobo! Looks sharp and may improve your airflow.
CONS: A bit overpriced when shipping is taken into account. The boots are loose, which will bother some people.
I used one to connect an old Seagate Barracuda 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache IDE Ultra ATA100 drive (not listed in my specs below).
