This scarf is long enough to keep my neck warm and wrap around a couple times to keep my nose and ears warm too. It covered me up so well people began to question whether or not I even had a face... they were also questioning whether they had faces too as they became numb in the 70 mph wind. I however knew I had a face because I could still feel it as I was quite nicely insulated. I definitely recommend getting this if you are in a windy area and don’t want to be mistaken for Rudolph or question whether or not you still have a face.

I expected this to be exactly as it came. It is long, warm, a decently made. I have a few similar scarves, and they are very useful during mid-west winters. They wash great if you use a laundry bag so they don't snag, although I don't recommend throwing them in the dryer. Good product!

It's super long! Just what I need! I can wrap this scarf around my head 3 times with little to dangle. It's very thick too so you really dont need to. Its soft but not cashmere soft. More like cotton soft which is nice. Not much static generated because of it!

I like the outer woven style. One of my critical criteria when I was looking is a liner and this one does have it to help block the wind. The metal emblem is a nice touch but the way it was attached isn't the best. There are two small protruding bolts which lays against my head; I don't like that. If I decide to keep this beanie, I will definitely be removing the emblem with my dremel.

The reason I say "if I keep this beanie" is because concern of quality and quality control. I noticed upon receiving the beanie, there was already a loose dangling thread. I can't really cut it off because it might cause the whole beanie to start falling apart. I think a tougher and stronger thread should have been used at the outer edge. I will try the beanie for a couple of weeks but due to the annoyance of that loose thread, I will most likely return the beanie.

I'm a bit disappointed that it's slightly less wide than advertised (13.76" vs 14"). The material is also very low quality, but to be honest at this price point I didn't expect too much. The chemical smells makes it unwearable for me :(
