Also I wanted to point out to everyone how the sellers description of the thing is completely off with how they say it protects you from a passing shower, as it does not! It specifically states in the directions that this gazebo is not intended to be out in a passing shower let alone any sort of rain as a passing shower could end up costing you a whole new frame as well a new canopy top as well as destroying anything you might have underneath it! In the directions that came with the gazebo it tells you way more of a description then what the seller actually placed down as the description which leads me to believe that the seller got it from something else! Also this gazebo is more like a canopy then a gazebo as a gazebo is a per enact structure not a temporary structure like how I thought this was going to be!
My husband and I had wanted to permanently place it on our deck but soon realized it also said in the directions that came with it not to place it as a permanent structure or place screws into the deck to secure it as it can do damage to your deck in any sort of wind! Also this is not intended to be out in the wind either!
Also I wanted to let everyone know this is a really nice looking canopy and can fit in any weird angled spots you might have in your yard like I do, but the reason I gave it a three is because I should have done a little more research into the product, but the seller should have specified that this is not water proof and or wind proof! By saying it is ok to be out in a passing shower is saying it has some sort of rain protection! Hey how many of you have been out in a passing shower and it had wind come along with it? Well I have which made me think it was at least some sort of permanent structure especially since it has gazebo in the name! Any way because it came with crooked bug nets that we can not line up with the frame and because the unit actually looks nice in all but in the same sense it also looks cheap! Basically this unit does not look like it was worth the 240.00 we spent on it besides of course shipping! I would not suggest this to a friend! If my husband and I was able to send it back with out it costing us an arm and a leg to do it we would have sent it back! If you are ok with spending that much money for a cheap looking piece not a problem go ahead and buy it, but if you are like me and want a Big Bang for your buck look else where and look to buy something that will cost you skittle more money but last a heck of a lot longer then this thing will!

The directions that came with it says;
"This Gazebo is for sun shade ONLY, not water proof and NOT intended to use in the rain. The water will sit easily at the canopy fabric as indicated in below diagram and severely damage the gazebo. Do NOT use or set up in rain, wind or stormy conditions!"

On the diagram in shows a picture of the gazebo and an arrow pointing the the edge of the top bar of frame where the fabric sits is where they say water can collect and damage the frame as well as cave in and brake the fabric as well as bend the frame!
Further on the directions;
*"Always stake down or weight down your gazebo at any time once set up. This Gazebo is NOT a permanent structure."
