Looks like it came on my camper!
This was perfect for my camper/she shed. The WiFi stopped working after I put a metal carport over my camper, so after lots of research, this seemed to be the answer. The entire unit wasn’t long enough for the thickness of my walls, but I solved that with the grommet style switch plate to hide the hole. I’m very pleased with the outcome and it looks clean when not in use.

Love this thing. Just bought a couple more. I haven't put one into a permanent installation yet but I just assembled one onto a Cat5e patch cord just to get the feel for how to assemble it. All the internal parts are split so you can assemble them over the cable behind the plug. All I did was trim off the molded in cover that goes over the release clip on the plug (part of the cover/strain-relief on the cable itself) because it's a bit too much bulk to fit inside the closed up housing once the whole thing is assembled and plugged together.

To help you put it together without confusion, take it apart carefully and lay out the internal parts in the orientation they were put together in, and take a photo.

The internal rubber and plastic seals on the outside plug are quite innovative, all having a slitted side to allow you to put them on the cable without removing the RJ45 end. These slitted inserts fit through the two outside covers which have holes large enough to accept the RJ45 end. This was important to me since I had bought shielded cable with good solid ends on it. I saw other units listed where you had to replace the end. I do have the tool to do this, but it would have meant putting a lower duty plug end on a heavy duty cable. This is a great solution. The other reviewer that thought the outside plug end is a bit bulky, is correct, as it sticks out from the wall inlet a couple of inches, but for me, I want it to be very visible on the outside of my RV (to attach a Ubiquiti Nanostation wifi antenna) so that I can see it before pulling away from each campsite, and so remember to unplug it (and stow my suction cupped nanostation inside).
