    The packaging was nonspecific as to what the "nonstick coating" is made of other than is is "PFOA free." I would have felt better seeing silicon on the actual packaging. That being said, I've use it once to make popovers (cooked at 400). Whatever the coating is, the popovers slid right out. Looking a the pictures I was worried the cups might not be deep enough, but it worked great.
