Bought this tart pan for my pastry shop. And using for weeks now and I am very please. I like the staright on the side and I can cut or sliced of my tarts without breaking it. Unlike my previous tart pan due a vertical side and thin it almost breaks when I slice the tart or pie. I almost waste half of my pie and let my staff to eat. The tart pan is durable and pie cream it sets the texture within an hour putting on the fridge and slice and decorate with my fruit tarts. Unlike my previous tart pan ut take ages to set my cream on the fridge and it still a mess when cutting it. It bakes welk my other tart like cranberry cheese tart and pumpkin pie etc etc. I bought 3 pcs of 9.5 inch and I will order again if I needed more. Thumbs up👍👌.

Very nice tart pan
I purchased this so I could make the infamous NYT Cooking cranberry curd tart, and I was so happy with the quality of the pan.It looks gorgeous, but most importantly, it holds its own in the oven and slides off the tart with zero problems. I had no issues with the crust sticking to the pan in any way, and the fluted pattern looked super nice when I took the tart out.

This is one of the few pans we were missing in our baking sets. We love eating fruit tarts and not sure what took us so long to make our own but this perfect. The non stick works great. It has a beautiful color and it’s easy to clean. It does a great job baking the tart shell and staying in place. We can see this will last us for a long time!

My first tart I’ve ever made and it came out great! Super pleased with this pan! Easy to unmold, once fully cooled, and really easy to clean. Beautiful champagne color as well. Absolutely LOVE IT! Definitely a new staple pan in my kitchen. Ready to make some more yummy tarts! :)
