i sprayed some on (5 squirts on chest). my first reaction was "UGH! Citrus" but that's kind of a trend among many of these and it calms down quickly. after about 30 minutes thought it smelled like a nice hotel liquid soap sample.
around an hour later i was at (lol) home depot, the door greeter (older woman) actually grabbed me and asked what i was wearing. over in the screw & bolt area some guy's wife followed me and asked too. he was unimpressed.
this whole time of getting complements i was going around thinking this stuff doesn't really have much of a smell. my favorite complement so far has been "you smell like a distinguished gentlemen." haha while wearing cargo shorts and a black t-shirt. i smoke good quality cigars occasionally and i think the smell they have in conjunction with this stuff is why i got the "distinguished gentlemen" comment.
maybe try it with/while you're wearing something else. my first recommendation for that would be "BAHAWAT Beard Butter, Oud & Sandalwood" scent (B09QLQ3QFB). you don't need a beard to wear it, just put a small amount (pinky nail sized) in your hands and rub it on exposed skin.

Just desided to share my experience with this product.
I had used many perfume in last 30 years some was good some was bad quality and smell.
But this proud is the poorest qulality and lowest standard ever since.
Smells nice but only for a few minutes
Also the bottle leaking from the lids if you carry in your bags.
