This is relatively new addition to my own in-home wellness kit. Ever since my car accident earlier this year I've been having sporadic tightness and pains on my back. Sometimes it's at my hip level and other times it's my neck or everywhere in between. I've had to receive chiropractic adjustments and massages at least once a month to keep the worse of these pains and aches at bay.
I find having this massage gun really alleviates my stiffness, pain and soreness in between chiropractic and massage visits. Unless you're arms are flexible enough when it comes to back massaging you may need a second person to help out. But other than your back you will be able to use this by yourself.
The battery lasts me at least an hour of constant massaging on the lowest setting. I rarely go above speed setting 1 because I feel the other speeds are unnecessary for my particular conditions.
I haven't regretted my purchase and I doubt you will.

After using this product for a couple days now l can say that this massage guns really helps with muscle soreness! I use it every time after my workouts .It really helped with the muscle pain by helping to relax.It seems to be very well made has a little weight to it Not made out of cheap plastic I really like it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to relieve soreness quickly and have something thats wants a quick way to get a good massage in!
