I received my product today. When I opened the box, a piece of plastic was balled up, the plastic bag that I assume that the warmer should have been placed in for protection were balled up and stuffed on top of the massager. The instruction book says it comes with 5 disposable gloves and there were no gloves in the box. The charging cord was plugged into the charging box and placed in the little black box. I have not tried to charge or use yet. Hopefully this is not a used product since the packaging inside the box seems sketchy. Thank goodness I purchased a warranty., though it shouldn't be used if product came damaged. I'll provide an update once product is charged and used.
